Push -In Fittings

 

1. Push-In Fittings

Description: Designed for quick and tool-free installation onto nylon or polyurethane tubing. A stainless-steel grab ring bites into the tube for a secure, leak-proof connection that is easy to disconnect by pressing the collet.

Technical Specifications:

  • Thread Types: M5, Rc(PT) 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2
  • Tube Outer Diameters: Φ4, Φ6, Φ8, Φ10, Φ12 mm
  • Seal: NBR O-ring

Description:

  • Compression Fittings: Use a ferrule and nut to create a strong, permanent mechanical seal on plastic or metal tubing. Ideal for higher vibration environments.
  • Barb Fittings: Feature a barbed stem that tubing is pushed over and secured with a clamp. Provides a strong, permanent connection for soft tubing (e.g., PVC, rubber).

Technical Specifications:

  • Thread Types: Rc(PT) 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2
  • Tube OD (Compression): Φ6, Φ8, Φ10, Φ12 mm

Description: These fittings incorporate a one-touch shut-off valve. When disconnected, the valve automatically seals the port to prevent air loss from the main line, improving energy efficiency during maintenance.

Description: Modular manifolds that consolidate multiple air supply lines into a single, compact block. They simplify piping, reduce installation space, and provide a clean, organized air distribution point.

  • Material: Aluminum Alloy (main manifold), Brass/NBR (outlet fittings).
  • Inlet Ports: Rc(PT) 1/4, 3/8, 1/2
  • Outlet Ports: Multiple outlets (e.g., 2 to 10+), typically for Φ4, Φ6, or Φ8 mm tubing via push-in or threaded ports.

 7. Separate Type Fittings

Description: Refers to a two-piece fitting system where the port connector (e.g., a male thread) and the tube socket are separate. This allows for easy pre-assembly and disassembly in hard-to-reach places.

Technical Specifications:

  • Thread Types: M5, Rc(PT) 1/8, 1/4
  • Tube Outer Diameters: Φ4, Φ6, Φ8, Φ10 mm
  • Connection: The socket piece screws onto the port piece, capturing the tube.
